Spyros Ioannou heads the tax department at Primus, advising local and multinational clients on cross-border tax planning, transfer pricing studies, IP planning, and corporate restructurings. He has two decades of audit and tax experience, including five years with Big Four firms in the UK and Cyprus. In addition to his practice, he has lectured on ACCA and ADIT taxation modules for over a decade and founded the private accountancy institute NYS Invictus.
He previously worked as a manager, senior manager, and partner at NCO Ioannou Chartered Accountants before merging the firm into Primus in 2015.
