Terms of Use

Last updated 5 September 2026

By using Cyprus Tax Hub you accept these terms.

Not advice

Nothing on this site is tax, legal, accounting or financial advice. Our calculators produce estimates based on published rates and the figures you enter. They cannot account for your circumstances. Always have anything that matters confirmed by a firm licensed to advise in Cyprus.

Listings are not recommendations

Including a firm is not an endorsement, recommendation, or warranty about the quality of its work. We publish licence status as recorded in public sources; we do not verify a firm's competence, and we are not party to any engagement you enter into with a firm you find here.

Accuracy

We take care to keep information current and correct errors quickly, but we do not warrant that everything is accurate or complete at any given moment. Licence status can change between refreshes. Verify anything you intend to rely on directly with the firm or the relevant register.

Sponsorship and paid features

Firms may pay to claim a profile, add their own content, and enable an enquiry form. Some pages carry sponsorship, which is always labelled. Payment never affects ranking position, whether a firm is listed, or the accuracy of the data we hold. See our methodology.

Acceptable use

You may not scrape, bulk-download, or systematically extract content from this site, use it to build a competing database, or harvest contact details for unsolicited marketing. Automated access outside normal browsing is not permitted.

Intellectual property

Our original content, summaries, guides, calculators, structure and design, is our copyright. Firm names, logos and trade marks belong to their owners and appear for identification. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on this site, including any calculator output or any dealings with a listed firm.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
