Michael J.Antoniou is the founder and CEO of the firm, established in 1984. He studied in Seattle on scholarship before qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in London, later lecturing for ACA and ACCA programmes at the University of Nicosia. In 2024, he received an ICAEW award recognising over 40 years of contribution to the profession.
Prior to establishing his own practice, he worked for Touche Ross (Deloitte) in London for nearly a decade and Metaxas, Loizidis, Syrimis & Co (KPMG) in Limassol.
